Refund Policy
If you book and pay for a Product and then experience a ‘Renting Issue’, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Pyaari Pieces may (at our discretion) provide you with either a full or partial refund excluding any shipping costs, administration fees and processing fees.
A valid 'Renting Issue' generally falls into three categories:
- Pyaari Pieces cancels a reservation 24 hours or less before the scheduled arrival of the Product or fails to provide you with the Product.
- The description of the Product in the listing on the Pyaari Pieces website is materially different from the actual Product.
- Pyaari Pieces reminds you that Products are potentially not rented on an as-new basis.
- Some normal wear and tear may not be listed in the description but cannot be used as a basis to provide a refund under this policy. “Normal wear and tear” means minor stains, rips, missing beads, or other minor damage that is covered by the rental coverage.
- Note that some Products are made with fabrics that are naturally more prone to creasing whilst in transit than others.
- At the start of the rental period, the Product:
- Is not generally clean and sanitary
- Contains safety or health hazards that would be reasonably expected to adversely affect your use of the Product in Pyaari Pieces judgment.
- The Product is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
To submit a valid claim for a refund, you are required to:
- Bring the Renting Issue to our attention within 2 hours after receipt of the Product (including photographs or other evidence) and respond to our requests for information or cooperation, and
- Not have directly or indirectly caused the Renting Issue.
Once a valid claim is lodged, Pyaari Pieces will refer to our internal product quality checks that will have been conducted prior to sending the product to you and assess whether the claim is valid or not. Pyaari Pieces may also contact you for further information regarding your claim.
Where a claim is deemed invalid, the user may be charged (via your Payment Method) for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Original Retail or Comparable Value retail price for the Product.
