HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?
Like all online retailing, it is difficult to say whether the fitting will be to your liking. PYAARI encourages you to read the description for each item as this will detail information regarding shape & fit (Size Guide). This includes hips/bust/waist measurements as well as a conversion table (in case a designer's sizing differs from standard Australian sizing). Please note that sizing for individuals may differ slightly between designers. Also refer to our social media posts where we feature our items in use.
If you're still in doubt, or have specific questions, please contact our customer care team. Unfortunately, our terms cannot offer you a refund, credit or replacement if an item does not fit.
MAY I TRY ON AN ITEM PRIOR TO BOOKING?
Yes, try-ons are available at our Sydney Studio. Alternatively, any questions concerning sizing, fitting and styling can be directed towards PYAARI customer care team, either via text or email.
IS MY OUTFIT READY TO WEAR UPON RECEIVING IT?
PYAARI dry cleans all items before and after a rental - free of charge to our customers. This is because we can ensure items are handled with our drycleaners of choice. Furthermore, we enforce very strict quality control processes when preparing and shipping items to our customers.
MAY I BOOK AN ITEM FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
PYAARI does not recommend this as the renter takes full responsibility for the care of the item during the rental period.
HOW CAN I BOOK AN ITEM IN ADVANCE OR FOR A FUTURE DATE?
PYAARI processes all order on a first-come-first-serve basis. We treat all our customers equally and are considerate of their respective needs. If you wish to book an item in advance, kindly enquire with our customer care team and guide us your preferred delivery date. This will allow PYAARI to ensure the respective item is reserved for you alone. For bookings of this nature, we recommend booking at least one month in advance of your event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PYAARI PIECES TO BE DELIVERED?
PYAARI only ships via Express Post with tracking to ensure you receive your item in a timely and hassle-free manner. Alternatively, you may skip the delay from shipping by collecting an item directly from PYAARI HQ
in Sydney, NSW. Please enquire for more details.
DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA-WIDE?
PYAARI ships everywhere within Australia - including all major cities, regional & rural districts. All our items are delivered to your door with reusable packaging and a prepaid return label to ensure the process fast and seamless for you.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT A PYAARI PIECE?
Our standard rental period is 4 days, which commences upon you receiving the item and ends upon you posting the item back to PYAARI. For custom bookings, please enquire with PYAARI customer care.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
No, you do not need to pay for shipping - PYAARI pays for shipping on all rentals within Australia via Australia Post. All PYAARI rentals are posted via Express Post. PYAARI also includes prepaid return labels to make the return process easy and seamless as possible! All PYAARI items are shipped using only recyclable and reusable packaging.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM LATE?
PYAARI aims to deliver all items on time and actively monitors all items in-transit. PYAARI encourages all customers to schedule their rental to arrive at least two business days before the intended event.
Please understand that once an item is shipped, it is out of PYAARI's control and liability rests with Australia Post. Customers will be promptly notified of any shipping related delays. If an item delivery is delayed by 48hrs, PYAARI will process a full refund upon receiving the item back.
WILL MY RENTAL NEED TO BE DRYCLEANED?
No, PYAARI oversees all dry-cleaning, steaming, ironing and quality control checks - all included with our service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE/LOSE A PYAARI PIECE?
We ask that you treat each item with care. PYAARI understands that accidents are inevitable. That is why we have a mandatory insurance fee within your rental price that covers all stains and minor repairs.
However, when an item is significantly damaged beyond repair or simple lost whilst it was within your care, then the renter will bear the responsibility to reimburse PYAARI for the full retail price of the damaged/lost inventory (as stated per the terms of services).
HOW AND WHEN DO I RETURN AN ITEM
All rentals booked via PYAARI will come with a prepaid return postage label. All you need to do is place the item in the box you received it in, tape the Australia Post return label onto the box and take it to your local Australia Post Office to get it scanned so we can track it on it's way home to us!
Your order confirmation email and your dispatch notification email will both state a “Return by post on” date. You must post back the item on or before this date, or you might be liable for late fees as per
our Terms of Service. You should always post the parcel by handing it over the counter at an Australia Post store or depot. This ensures that the item is immediately scanned and is proof that you’ve posted the item back as instructed.
